The client is a software company that serves used car dealerships across New Jersey, supporting 23 dealership customers. They provide a platform designed to streamline lead management and inbound call handling.
Job Description• Handle inbound calls and accurately record call details in the CRM system
• Respond to and follow up with leads via text and email through the dealership platform
• Perform general administrative and customer support tasks as needed
• This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable handling inbound calls in a professional manner
• Basic ability to type accurately and listen carefully while entering details
• Willingness to learn and use a CRM system
• Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail when logging call information
• Comfortable handling text and email communication with leads in a timely manner
• Professional and customer-service oriented attitude
