Warehouse Technician; PART TIME Evernorth; Onsite

Position: WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN (PART TIME) Evernorth (Onsite)

** Responsibilities*
* + Support timely and accurate processing of orders by entering and organizing delivery information, helping reduce workflow bottlenecks

+ Ensure product accuracy by verifying key details such as RX numbers, patient information, and labeling requirements before orders move forward

+ Contribute to smooth daily operations by preparing materials for packaging, dispatch, and shipment

+ Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet end-of-day deadlines

+ Assist with intake and coordination tasks, including confirming delivery readiness when needed

+ Follow established procedures to maintain quality, safety, and consistency across all tasks

+ Maintain an organized and clean workspace that supports productivity and efficiency

+ Adapt to changing priorities and support additional warehouse needs during peak periods

* Required:

* + Minimum 1 year of work experience (warehouse, customer service, or similar environment)

+ Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under close supervision

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a repetitive, process-driven environment

+ Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting)

+ Basic communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

+ Availability to work evening shifts and flexible hours, including weekends as needed

** Preferred:*
* + 2+ years of customer service experience, including phone-based interaction

+ Prior warehouse, pick/pack, or fulfillment experience

+ Demonstrated job stability and reliability in previous roles

+ Experience working in a regulated or quality-focused environment (healthcare, pharmacy, logistics, etc.)

+ Comfort interacting with customers or patients in a professional and empathetic manner
