Knippe Rx is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide a top-tier "White Glove" customer experience through phone, email, and SMS. This fully remote position involves assisting pharmacists with free trial programs, requiring excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
The candidate must have experience in customer-facing roles, be tech-savvy, and possess strong communication abilities. A high school diploma is required, with further education preferred. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET.
