Position: Remote CX Specialist (EN/ES) — B Corp Impact

Customer Experience Specialist – Canada

This role is fully remote but you’re welcome to come into the office whenever you like.

Responsibilities
  • Being the main point of contact for our users and partners, ensuring they receive outstanding customer service by answering inquiries through email, chat and phone.
  • Answering all questions through our Social Media tools (Facebook, App Store, Play Store and Google Reviews).
  • Handling priority situations with high care, as well as proactively contacting users and stores when necessary.
  • Helping build and implement processes to encourage, inspire and empower our partners and consumers to adopt a more sustainable lifestyle.
  • Being a brand ambassador in all communications, encouraging and empowering customers toward more sustainable behaviour.
  • Understanding and communicating our customers’ needs and motivations to our internal teams locally and globally.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
  • Full written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Based in Toronto with availability to work from Saturday to Wednesday, with days off on Thursday and Friday.
  • A first‑class and inspiring communicator who sets a high bar.
  • Experience working with CRMs such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Hub Spot or SAP.
  • Team player who loves helping others, building positive relationships and resolving conflicts.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to stay focused through repetitive tasks.
  • Previous experience in a marketplace, a big platform or the food industry is a bonus.
