We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Administrative Support Representative to support daily operations by assisting customers, coordinating reservations, maintaining records, and providing administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional and organized manner.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, solving problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and online platforms
  • Assist customers with reservations, confirmations, and scheduling requests
  • Research available options based on customer needs and preferences
  • Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and related arrangements
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Review reservation details and confirmations for accuracy
  • Communicate updates, changes, and important information to customers
  • Follow up on customer requests and outstanding items
  • Work with suppliers and service providers to coordinate customer arrangements
  • Assist with modifications, cancellations, and special requests
  • Monitor upcoming reservations and proactively address potential issues
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry and record maintenance
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service standards at all times
Qualifications
