Turbotax USA is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with Turbo Tax products and provide support for tax return software. This fully remote role allows you to set your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, with shift options available throughout the week.
In this position, you'll earn $24 per hour with bonus opportunities based on performance. No specific accounting background is required, but strong communication skills and empathy are essential to help customers navigate Turbo Tax effectively.
