HealthMD is seeking a bilingual Call Center Outreach Specialist to connect with our Russian-speaking patient community in Brooklyn, NY. The role focuses on both outbound and inbound outreach, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patients feel supported.
Fluency in both English and Russian is essential, along with a strong customer service background. This remote position offers a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with competitive pay of $22–$25 per hour.
