You have experience in customer service, are familiar with SAP IS-U, and want to work flexibly from home after an intensive training period? Then this position is perfect for you.

We are looking for dedicated customer advisors for an exciting customer service project for a municipal client from the Hamburg area. You will competently, amicably, and solution-orientedly support citizens.

The first 4 weeks of your training will take place on-site in Hamburg. Afterwards, you will work 100% from home. We will cover your travel and commuting costs during the training period.

• You will support customers of a municipal client by phone and in writing.
• You will answer questions about customer service-related issues.
• You will carefully record, process, and document customer inquiries in the designated systems.
• You will work with office applications, CRM systems, and SAP IS-U.
• You will find solution-oriented answers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• You will forward more complex issues to the relevant departments if necessary.

• You have a completed commercial education or several years of experience in customer service.
• You have basic product and industry knowledge, ideally in the municipal environment or in the energy sector.
• You are confident with office applications, CRM systems, SAP, and SAP IS-U.
• You have worked with SAP IS-U in a customer center for at least 6 months in the last 3 years.
• You work carefully, reliably, and service-oriented.
• You have a high customer orientation and remain friendly and professional even in challenging conversations.
• You have strong social and communication skills.
• You have a quiet, suitable workplace at home.
