Job Overview
As a Cash Management Associate, you will serve as the first line of support for branch teams, answering questions and resolving client account activity while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and compliance. Your role will involve a blend of client service, problem solving, and operational support in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Answer and resolve client account inquiries and branch questions.
- Investigate and correct disbursement errors with precision.
- Complete daily reports and review account activity to ensure compliance with firm policies and industry regulations.
- Research and resolve transaction discrepancies for branch and home office entries.
- Post wires, checks, and process ACH profiles and periodic transactions as needed.
- Help train new associates and support escalated calls when required.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and client‑first service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem‑solving ability and ability to stay organized in a fast‑moving environment.
- Customer‑first mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and office procedures.
- Comfortable with standard office software (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and willing to learn new systems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, office administration, or financial services preferred.
Memphis, TN office. Hybrid work model with a required presence in the office 3 days per week. Regular shift:
Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM CT.
Participation in a mandatory training program for approximately 3 months (Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM CT). After successful completion, the regular schedule will follow as described above.
Compensation & BenefitsThe total compensation includes base salary and may include additional components such as cash or equity, discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
