Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for policyholders, offering friendly and efficient assistance.
  • Answer questions about policies, coverage, and billing with clarity and accuracy.
  • Help policyholders make changes to their accounts or update their information.
  • Address customer concerns with empathy and find satisfactory resolutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the agency team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • One day work from home on a weekly basis.
Requirements
  • Must be willing to get property and casualty license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for finding solutions.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and learning new software quickly.
  • A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
