Customer Interaction:
Engage warmly with clients in person and over the phone, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Query Resolution:
Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding insurance policies and claims in a timely and efficient manner.
Data Management:
Accurately update and manage customer information and account details in our system.
Complaint Handling:
Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring effective resolution.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Feedback Collection:
Gather and report customer feedback for continuous improvement of services.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Previous customer service experience, especially in insurance, is a plus.
Licensing:
Willingness to obtain an insurance license if not already licensed.
