Customer Service Representative (CSR)

- In-person and subsidized training once the probationary period is completed from Monday to Friday from 16/06/2026 to 29/06/2026, where we will give you the tools you need for your work and help you develop your full potential.
- Start date:
01/07/2026. - Work schedule:
30 hours/week from Monday to Sunday with the breaks established by law. - Salary according to the Contact Center agreement with Teleoperator category (1098.65€ plus union pluses).
- Afternoon shift.
- Work mode:
On-site at our work center of Av. Reyes Leoneses, 14. Ed. Europa, 24008 León. - Employee discount club, and Transcom Care (social activities).

Who are we looking for?
- Essential to have good communication skills (Previous experience in customer service is highly valued).

- Availability for immediate incorporation after training.
