• Inbound Communication:
  Telephone and written processing of inquiries – always with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Solution-oriented Work:
  You answer customer questions, solve problems, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Professional Support:
  You are the first point of contact for customers and work closely with our internal teams.

• First experiences in dealing with customers,
• You are ready to attend the on-site training in Hamburg, after which you will switch to the home office,
• Very good German language skills (oral and written – at least C1),
• Working with the PC is no challenge for you,
• Experience with the EVU and SAP systems,
• Willingness to work in shifts and weekly services within our service hours,
• You are unbeatable in the areas of customer satisfaction, solution orientation, empathy, and sympathy,
• Friendly appearance and respectful communication,
