About the job

Ready to become the superhero of the situation?

You will join the customer care team and report directly to the GM France.

By managing your portfolio of clients independently, you play a key role in accelerating the growth of Otoqi's revenue.

Your daily missions

  • Handle B2B client requests through various communication channels (emails, chats, calls, etc.)
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure quality service and excellent customer experience
  • Manage delivery reports, cancellations, and delays
  • Prioritize and resolve customer tickets
  • Report product bugs and anomalies to the technical team

Profile sought

  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Previous experience in customer relations and a true sense of service
  • You have a keen eye for detail. You like to investigate and find the root of problems
  • Knowledge of Zendesk is a plus
  • You have a great interest in logistics processes
  • You are autonomous and resourceful, you like to take initiatives
