Maximus is seeking an International Customer Service Representative for their Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This is a remote position responsible for communicating with military veterans and service members, addressing their inquiries, and updating them on their case statuses.
The successful candidate will need a High School Diploma and fluency in both English and Spanish. The position requires working a set shift of either Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday evenings.
