Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Remote Call Center Representative for a well-established company. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping customers, and have a passion for sales. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, assist them in finding the best services, and maximize sales opportunities—all while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls and collect contact information.
  • Establish a strong connection with customers to identify and anticipate service needs.
  • Promote additional services and special offers tailored to customer preferences.
  • Maintain and update a database of potential and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve shared sales goals.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales functions preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Strong phone etiquette and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
  • 1+ year of sales experience.
  • Ability to quickly learn and match customer needs to service solutions.
  • Availability to work scheduled shifts between 7 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Must live in Greater Houston, Texas area.
Compensation
  • Generous monthly commission structure ($400 - over $1000 monthly on top of base pay)
