We are seeking a highly motivated and customer‑oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, managing inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally via email, phone, and chat
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our services, pricing, and promotions
• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Collaborate with our team to resolve any customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and elevate any emerging customer issues to the appropriate team members
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers
• Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office
• Must have a quiet and professional workspace to work remotely
• Availability to work full‑time, including evenings and weekends if needed
