Position Overview

In this full-time remote position, you'll work directly with clients to create customized vacation experiences from start to finish. You'll provide destination recommendations, coordinate travel arrangements, answer questions, and ensure every itinerary is thoughtfully planned. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a remote environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budget.
- Recommend vacation destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, and travel experiences tailored to each client's needs.
- Arrange travel components including accommodations, transportation, activities, and other vacation services.
- Create organized, personalized itineraries and provide clients with important travel information.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries before, during, and after the booking process.
- Maintain accurate client records, reservations, payments, and travel documentation.
- Build lasting client relationships through professional communication and outstanding service.
- Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates to provide valuable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Comfortable using online platforms, email, and digital communication tools.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, administrative support, or travel is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
