Pay Rate: $20 per hour Summary:
  • Location: Oriskany
  • Anticipated Class Start Date: 8/3/26
  • Work Mode: Virtual with in-person training
  • Training Hours: 8:30-5pm EST Monday-Friday
  • After Training Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 11:00pm EST
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer requests via telephone, providing excellent service to the company's customers who have or are looking to obtain a Life insurance policy through their employer.
  • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
  • Process transactions, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Discuss various topics with customers, including enrolling or changing their life insurance amount, confirming or changing beneficiaries, policy provisions, coverage continuation upon retirement or leaving an employer, status of customer requests, and billing inquiries.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the field or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Ability to work from home with high-speed internet (500-650 kbps) and a secure, quiet place to work. Hotspots and use of Wi-Fi are not allowed; high internet speed and ability to use ethernet is required.
  • Ability to use video during interviews, coaching, weekly huddles, and virtual training.
  • Availability during the hours of operation of Monday-Friday 8:00am – 11:00pm EST with flexibility in shifts, which may change based on business needs.

Benefits:
