Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager
Flavor Wiki is a digital sensory testing and consumer insights platform used by global food, beverage, and CPG companies. We work across more than 30 countries, helping brands understand consumer experiences quickly and reliably.
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our clients in adopting and maximizing the value of the Flavor Wiki platform. You will guide customers through onboarding, training, platform usage, and ongoing sensory testing programs. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with comfort in research workflows, data‑driven insights, and SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities- Lead onboarding and training for new customers, ensuring smooth adoption of the Flavor Wiki platform.
- Build strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Support clients in designing, launching, and monitoring sensory tests and consumer research studies.
- Deliver study results, explain insights, and guide customers on interpreting sensory and AI‑driven outputs.
- Identify risks, track customer health, and support renewals and account expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Research Operations, Product, and Engineering to improve the customer experience.
- Create annual and quarterly business plans that consistently deliver quota growth and ongoing pipeline goals.
- Build account plans by understanding your customer industry, business, and pain points and connect them to Flavor Wiki value drivers that generate new opportunities.
- Understand the competitive environment & key elements of the research industry to manage external forces that affect your ability to generate closed‑won deals.
- Establish a personal weekly, monthly, quarterly schedule that ensures consistent pipeline and deal flow to consistently deliver quarterly quota goals.
- 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Research Operations, or a related SaaS or insights role.
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customer accounts simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with data, research outputs, and digital platforms.
- Experience in sensory testing, consumer insights, or CPG research is a plus (not required).
- Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Within 3 months:
Confident with platform features, able to onboard new clients independently. - Within 6 months:
Managing a full client portfolio with high satisfaction and strong adoption. - Within 12 months:
High retention rates and measurable client growth.
