AlphaBEST Education, Inc is seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist to provide outstanding customer service to families of current students. This remote role, based in North Carolina, requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, excellent communication skills, and two years of customer service experience.
This position offers a starting pay of $20/hour, increasing up to $22/hour depending on experience, with hours Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (NC – EST). Experience in a customer-centric environment and a passion for helping others will be key to your success.
