JOB DUCK IS HIRING A BILINGUAL CLIENT INTAKE ASSOCIATE Role Overview
At Job Duck, we are looking for a compassionate and confident Bilingual Client Intake Associate to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance. In this role, you will speak with people during emotionally sensitive moments, offering reassurance while carefully gathering essential information about their situation. Your ability to listen attentively, communicate clearly, and document details accurately will directly influence how quickly and effectively potential clients receive legal support.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys meaningful client interactions, and takes pride in being both empathetic and precise. Your work will play a critical role in protecting attorney time while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM CST (USA)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To- Maintaining calm, empathy, and professionalism during emotional conversations
- Supporting approved prospects through electronic intake and onboarding steps
- Screening and qualifying potential cases based on intake guidelines
- Answering inbound phone calls, web inquiries, and text messages promptly
- Ensuring all records are complete, accurate, and properly documented
- Scheduling qualified leads for free case reviews with legal staff
- Entering and maintaining client information within the CRM system
- Completing intake forms accurately and thoroughly
- Gathering and documenting detailed information related to accidents or injuries
- At least one to two years of Personal injury or legal intake experience is a strong plus
- Full time remote position aligned with Central Standard Time CST
- Fully bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
- High volume intake environment handling calls, web submissions, and text messages
- Ability to manage confidential and emotionally sensitive information with professionalism
- Empathetic and compassionate communicator

- High emotional intelligence and self control
- Detail oriented with excellent documentation habits
- Ability to build trust quickly with distressed callers
- Confident spoken communication in English and Spanish

- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
