About the RoleWe are building a talent pool of Customer Support Specialists for current and future opportunities with our global clients. This is a proactive pipeline-building initiative and is not tied to a single active job opening.
These roles support customer service, technical support, and client experience functions across various industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, and digital services. Depending on client needs, opportunities may range from frontline support to more specialized or senior customer experience roles.
Work arrangement: Typically remote or hybrid, with work hours aligned to client time zones (US, AU, UK, SG, etc.).
What you’ll do- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.
- Provide accurate and timely information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM or helpdesk systems.
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to appropriate teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and expectations are met.
- Support onboarding, account updates, billing questions, or product-related concerns.
- Contribute to knowledge bases, FAQs, or process improvements as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Operations, or Sales to improve customer experience.
- Experience in customer support, customer service, or client-facing roles (level varies by opportunity).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort using ticketing systems, CRM tools, and digital platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Hub Spot, or similar).
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple cases, and meet response time targets.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote or hybrid setup.
- Stable internet connection and a suitable home work environment.
