What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Schedule patient appointments by phone, clearly explaining the purpose and importance of visits while confirming details
  • Meet daily KPIs related to call volume and success rate while maintaining quality communication
  • Accurately document every interaction in the designated daily spreadsheet or dashboard
  • Collaborate with team members and management via Slack for updates and issue resolution
  • Protect patient privacy and adhere to company policies and applicable regulations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Must be U.S.

    -based and authorized to work in the U.S. with a reliable home setup (quiet space and stable internet)
  • Strong active listening skills and a warm, professional phone communication style
  • Experience in call center, patient access, or appointment-setting roles (healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Comfortable using technology such as Ring Central (or similar cloud phone systems), Slack, and Google Sheets/Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to follow processes, capture accurate notes, and meet daily KPI targets
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with healthcare scheduling or EMR/PM systems
  • Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish/English)
