Description
Deliver the highest level of customer service experience.
- Answer customer calls.
- Reset passwords.
- Assist with creating accounts.
- Upload documents.
- Answer general questions.
- Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries.
- Help customers manage their accounts.
- Verify eligibility for coverages and review healthcare options.
- Find creative solutions to any consumer problems that arise.
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues in a timely manner.
- Be an expert on the company, product, and policies.
- Display flexibility and willingness to accept constantly changing project/program updates.
- Demonstrate corporate values consistently.
- Complete extensive self‑study, training, and testing; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications depends on passing required exams.
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels.
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies.
- Input customer information into a database.
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned.
- Customer service, call center, inbound calls, health care, insurance, bilingual in Spanish, customer support, Microsoft Office.
Skills & Qualifications
- After customer service at a high level and call center experience is preferred; professional retail or food service background is also welcome.
- High level food service/retail background required; recent work history with no large gaps.
- Must be able to troubleshoot equipment issues while working from home;
Internet Familiarization Assessment required.
- Unable to demonstrate understanding of a workflow process.
- Unable to provide well‑rounded responses to specific questions or short answers.
- In conversation, demonstrates inability to understand and follow policy and procedures.
- In conversation, demonstrates lack of productivity, professionalism, or interest in being helpful to others.
This is a contract position based out of Remote, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
