Bath Experts is seeking a full-time Remote Call Center Representative to engage with prospective clients for appointment setting. You will provide exceptional customer service and handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls primarily during Eastern Standard Time hours.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of call center experience and a High School diploma or equivalent. Experience with Lead Perfection CRM is a plus, and a background in home improvement inside sales is strongly desired.
