Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6months customer service experience (remote preferred)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable working across multiple systems
- Quiet,dedicated home office setup
- Windows 11 PC(8GB RAM minimum, 16GB recommended)
- Wiredhigh-speed internet (no WiFi-only setups)
- Dual monitors strongly recommended
