Client Service Excellence Representative; FINRA Licensed

About the Role

Have your FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and a passion for serving others? This Client Service Excellence Center associate supports Vanguard clients via inbound phone calls, assisting with account‑related needs and ensuring a positive client experience.

This fully remote position requires that all work be performed from within the state of Louisiana.

You must hold active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

• Partner with clients via inbound calls to address a wide range of financial inquiries.
• Lead with empathy and an owner’s mindset to solve problems and provide accurate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments on initiatives that improve the client and crew experience.

• 3+ years of customer‑facing or inbound phone experience with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of ownership for client outcomes and an aptitude for anticipating needs.
• Learning mindset and desire to continuously build knowledge.
• High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree.
• Series 7 and 63 licensing required; additional regulatory registrations may be required.
• Commitment to a long‑term career in client service.

• Base salary range of $62,000–$72,000 with quarterly performance‑based bonuses and company bonuses.
• Licensing bonus $20,000 for bringing active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses.
• Milestone rewards: $10,000 at 3‑year anniversary, $20,000 at 5‑year anniversary, and $20,000 every 5 years thereafter.
