Turbo Tax is seeking a Work From Home Customer Service Representative to assist customers with Turbo Tax products and tax return software. You will answer questions about downloading, logging in, and navigating the software, as well as other basic tax inquiries. The role offers a flexible schedule and a supportive environment.
Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and a desire to help customers. You will work at least 25 hours per week, with the option for more hours, and participate in additional training and calls to improve service.
