Handle inbound calls for order placement, service dispatch, technical product assistance and order issue resolution;
Record Customer purchase order data into Oracle; orders received via phone, fax, email, EDI and Internet;
Process service dispatch calls through Siebel per Customer requests;
Page information to Technicians and escalate as needed;
Coordinate cross functional communications to ensure proper account setup and orders ship to meet Customer requirements
