In the existing customer processing of private health insurance at our location in Cologne, you will take over the answering of written and telephone inquiries about private health insurance! You will process customer inquiries and change requests in private health insurance independently and with high quality.

You are responsible for processing application and existing customer cases, always with a focus on quality and productivity in customer service. You communicate respectfully and excellently in word and writing with our customers, sales partners, branches, and third parties. You make responsible professional decisions, always taking into account customer needs, legal requirements, and economic aspects. You identify and evaluate insurance medical risks competently.

You receive comprehensive and structured training that is optimally aligned with our professional requirements and internal processes. After successful training, you have the opportunity to participate in projects and special tasks – we give you freedom and support to bring in your own ideas.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
  You have a completed training as a commercial insurance and finance officer (m/f/d) or can provide several years of experience as a customer service employee in the private health insurance sector.
• Service orientation:
  You maintain a friendly, sales- and service-oriented approach with customers and sales partners.
• Initiative and engagement:
  You work efficiently, service- and solution-oriented. You are resilient and flexible in dealing with customer inquiries, especially with seasonally-related fluctuations.
• Team capability:
  You work cooperatively with others, integrate well into teams, and actively contribute with your own ideas.
• Digital competence:
  You work confidently with MS Office products, especially Outlook and Teams.
