Role Overview:

Requirements:
- Certification attendance is mandatory
- Startup and equipment requirements apply
- Missing certification or performance benchmarks may result in removal
Technical & Workspace Requirements:
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Wired high-speed internet
- Windows-based PC (no Mac or Chromebook)
- USB headset required prior to start
Pay Structure:
- Contract rates typically range $12–$15/hour, depending on program
- Advancement opportunities are performance-based, not guaranteed
