Job Opportunity
An international bank is seeking the bilingual Japanese Customer Service Associate, who is responsible for providing a telephone service customer service to the bank's client. Responsibility includes; handle banking inquiries, provide online banking support. Performs wire transfer processing. Solve client inquiries. Utilize Bank documents and agreements to make decisions and analyze risk. Administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Working Hour: 6:00am-2:30pm(PST) or 2:30-11:00pm(PST)
- Work from home option
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work any schedule
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- High School diploma or G.E.D
- Japanese fluency (Verbal and Written) is Must
