A confidential company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Spanish
- English Customer Service representative. This is a full-time position that can be based remotely or on-site in our office located in Athens, Greece.

As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our Spanish and English-speaking clients. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring a positive customer experience.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in both Spanish and English, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
