ACN is seeking an IBO Support Specialist to assist Independent Business Owners (IBOs) with accurate information about services and policies. The role includes handling approximately fifty incoming calls daily, as well as monitoring live chats, providing technical assistance, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in customer service. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM EST, primarily in a remote setting.
