Mahoney Environmental is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join their team in Woodridge, Illinois. This hybrid position allows for three days in the office and two days of working from home, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. The role involves handling inbound customer calls and assisting with various inquiries, as well as supporting the sales team.
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of customer service experience, strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent computer skills, and a customer service-driven mindset. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. The starting pay for this role is $22.55 per hour.
