TEKsystems is actively hiring career-driven professionals for a Hybrid Collections Counselor opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Phoenix area. Job DetailsHybrid schedule - work primarily from home after training.
Minimal onsite requirement - only ~1 week per quarter onsite.
- Managing inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment.
- Working within an auto-dialer system.
- Handling early-stage collections (1-30 days past due).
- Averaging 80-120+ calls per day.
- Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers.
- Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts.
Training:
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (MT). First week onsite. Post-training, Monday – Saturday 5-day workweek.
Shifts:
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (MT) or 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (MT) (varies seasonally).
Hybrid model after training. Onsite requirement limited to ~1 week per quarter. Majority of work performed remotely from home. Structured, team-oriented call center environment with support and coaching.
Job Type & LocationContract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ 85254.
Pay$20.85–$20.85/hr.
