Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated professional ready to take the next step in their career. In this fully remote role, you’ll work from wherever you’re most productive, receive mentorship from an experienced leadership team, and develop the skills needed to grow into leadership opportunities as our organization continues to expand.

This role combines customer service, communication, leadership development, and remote collaboration within a supportive and growth-focused environment.

  • Support and assist clients while delivering exceptional customer service

  • Learn directly from leadership mentors to strengthen management and operational skills
  • Share ideas and contribute to process improvements that enhance team performance
  • Maintain professionalism, accountability, and strong client relationships
  • Participate in ongoing leadership development and training programs
Qualifications
  • Prior management experience is helpful but not required — willingness to learn matters most
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a desire to grow into leadership responsibilities
  • Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and positive mindset
  • Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus
