Overview
Our branch banking roles offer a welcoming and inclusive team environment. As a Customer Experience Banker, you act as a Financial Concierge for walk‑in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products. You will process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while educating customers on bank products, services, and technology.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
- Understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products and consumer lending.
- Proactively grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow‑up, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.
- Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships.
- Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication, and presentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, or civil affairs role, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Background check and fingerprinting required for NMLS regulations.
- 1 year or more customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal‑driven retail sales.
- Cash handling skills.
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
Not exempt (eligible for overtime pay).
Workplace TypeOffice; some positions may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement, combining in‑office and remote work as directed by the hiring team.
