Thrive by Shopventory is looking for a part-time Customer Care Team member to assist customers navigating their system through live chat, email, phone, and video calls. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, prior customer service experience, and an understanding of retail operations. This remote role requires 25 hours per week, preferably 5 hours a day, and offers $23-$25 per hour based on experience.
Bonuses include the ability to work until 7 pm ET and preferred Spanish-speaking skills.
