To support the insurance appraisal process, the part‑time Remote Quality Management Coordinator will contact policyholders to explain appraisal requirements, provide technical assistance with photo‑capture apps, and maintain work order statuses while working from home.
Key responsibilities- Contact policyholders via phone, SMS, and email to explain insurance appraisal requirements and build trust
- Provide concierge service to homeowners using ASSIST products, assisting with app installation and technical inquiries
- Keep work order statuses updated and communicate any unusual situations to management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated high emotional intelligence with strong listening and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to organize, prioritize work, and meet deadlines while handling multiple assignments
- Proficiency in resolving technical difficulties and responding to inquiries from various stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness
