Support Coordinator

Seeking a customer-focused Support Coordinator to support current and former employees by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. This role serves as the first point of contact for questions related to payroll, benefits, time tracking, compensation, and general HR processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound employee inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide support for payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and HR-related questions.
  • Create and manage cases in Salesforce.
  • Conduct exit interviews and process on-demand payroll checks.
  • Research and resolve employee issues while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to appropriate teams when needed.
  • Meet service, quality, and productivity goals.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service, call center, HR support, or administrative experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with case management systems, Salesforce, or Workday is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet remote work environment required.

Location:

Richmond, VA– Hybrid Onsite role

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary/hourly rate for this position is between [$20,000– 30,000 annually]/[$15.00- $18.50 per hour]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
