Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, P&C; Bilingual: English​/Spanish Remote

Qualifications

You must be at least 18 years of age.

Verifiable High School diploma or GED.

1+ year of customer service experience.

Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance.

Spanish/English bilingual.

Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.

Strong communication skills in both verbal and written format.

Proficiency in fast-paced multitasking with strong problem-solving skills.

High speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone (10 Mbps upload, 40 Mbps download, combined 50 Mbps).

Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.

• Be efficient in navigating multiple systems.
• Demonstrate strong reading and comprehension of program materials.
• Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs.
• Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
• Process new and/or amended enrollments.
• Ensure our clients’ customers enjoy authentic experiences.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.

• The base salary range for this position is $18-20/hr. (pay rate will not be below applicable minimum wage). Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
