Position: Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Bridgewater)

Position Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers in English or French, delivering exceptional service with empathy and professionalism.

    Monday – Sunday, 8:00am – 12:00am EST
  • Location:

    Open to residents of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick
  • Rate of Pay: $16.20 – $19.90 per hour (Bilingual French/English)
Responsibilities
  • Deliver first-class service by accurately assessing and responding to customer needs, using sound judgment when recommending solutions.
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle complex inquiries and complaints in an informed, accurate, and responsible manner, following provided resources.
  • Accurately complete documentation for each interaction, enter data into call history, send messages to third parties, and initiate necessary customer fulfillment.
  • Stay current on program and product information through continuous learning.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to legislation and service guidelines regarding data usage.
Requirements
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a requirement.
  • Prior customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment is an asset; experience in the food and/or retail industry is considered an asset.
  • Strong oral, written, and typing communication skills, including spelling and grammar.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement change initiatives and learn new concepts quickly.
  • Advanced PC knowledge and familiarity with system navigation.
  • Positive, empathetic, and caring conversational style with tact and diplomacy across all customer interaction levels.
  • Ability to resolve complex and sensitive customer complaints in line with company policies and best practices.
  • Flexibility to work all required shifts.
