Responsibilities- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language.
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues.
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
- Offer additional products and/or services.
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- More than 1 year of customer service experience.
- Open availability.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Quiet, distraction‑free home environment.
- Proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; work computer may be provided but not guaranteed.
- High‑speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
- Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address.
- The base salary range for this position is $15–$18/hr actual salaries vary based on location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
