Remote Customer Support Agent; P&C

Jerry is a fast‑growing fintech startup focused on helping car owners save time and money by offering insurance, refinancing, safety, and repair services through its flagship All Car app.

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
• Process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents
• Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies, coverage benefits, or requested changes
• Work to retain policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
• Passion for helping others
• At least 2 years of experience working in a call‑center environment

• Hourly wage: $19.00 – $21.00
• Company will sponsor P&C license within 60 days of start
