Join MedPOINT Management as a Member Services Representative in Sherman Oaks, CA, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our members receive exceptional service. Be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of our community.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding support to members through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist members with inquiries regarding services, benefits, and claims.
  • Resolve member issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and member experience.
  • Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
