Call Center Representative

A US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies, seeks an accomplished Call Center Representative for a fully remote role.

• PAY RATE: $16.50/hr on W2 for Bilingual candidates ($16/hr for English-only candidates)

• TRAINING PROVIDED: 2-3 weeks
• SHIFT: 8-hour shift (between 7 am to 7 pm PT)
• BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for work (no equipment provided)

• Laptop with Windows 10 / 11 OS
• Mac Book with Mac OS 10.14 or higher.
• Chromebooks / Tablets NOT allowed.

• A state program that provides discounted home phone and cell phone services to eligible households.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Communicating with customers through various channels. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Provide feedback on efficiency of Customer service process.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

• Education:
  
  At least HS diploma/ GED.
• Bilingual:
  English & once of the following - Cambodian, Cantonese, Hmong, Japanese, Korean, Laotian, Lao, Mandarin, Spanish, Tagalog, or Vietnamese
• Desired:
  Previous Call Center / Customer service experience
• START DATE:
