Customer Service Representative Be Ne Lux

To strengthen our European Customer Service team, we are currently looking for an ambitious and customer-oriented personality as a Customer Service Representative Be Ne Lux  for our Label Packaging Materials in Schwelm. In this role, you will act as the central link to our business customers and independently manage the entire operational support within a dynamic, international environment. The position is permanent and offers flexible working hours including a temporary hybrid option (home office).

Main Responsibilities

• As the main contact point for all matters related to our label solutions, you will independently take care of our international B2B customer base from order processing to pricing and delivery date coordination.
• You will work actively and cross-departmentally with our sales teams, logistics, and production to ensure smooth, first-class customer service.
• You will take over the in-depth consultation of technical solutions, coordinate the sample dispatch, and support the operational capacity planning.
• You will continuously observe the relevant market developments within the Benelux region to develop your assigned customer base in a targeted and successful manner.
• You will proactively participate in the design and continuous optimization of internal service processes to actively contribute to the long-term success of the company.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Successfully completed commercial or technical training, a corresponding degree or a comparable qualification that ideally prepares you for this role.
• Proven professional experience in B2B sales or customer service, ideally in the field of complex products within an international environment.
• Fluent and negotiation-safe language skills in both Dutch and English.
