As a customer service agent, you will be part of a dynamic team handling inquiries from customers for big international brands.
Your primary tasks will include:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolving customer issues in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Recording and updating customer data in our system.
- Fluent or C2 level in Spanish (written and spoken).
- English B2-C1.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make well‑considered decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle challenging situations.
- Good technical skills.
